1. Digital Music Purchases Due to the nature of digital downloads and streaming products, all sales of digital music are final and non-refundable. We encourage customers to ensure they are purchasing the correct item before completing their purchase.
2. Physical Merchandise For any physical merchandise purchased through our site, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
